We work with membership organisations in the UK and internationally on custom LMS solutions to engage with current and prospective members while developing new revenue streams.
For membership organisations, profitability relies on keeping current members engaged with your services while attracting new signups with an offer that demonstrates value.
Implementing an LMS provides a central hub for sharing courses and resources, while tracking how members engage with it on a granular level, giving you the data you need to make decisions about where to invest time and money in future.
And with built-in e-commerce functionality, you can monetise your existing content further by opening up paid access to public courses, or selling training packages to businesses in your sector.
Titus is ISO and Cyber Essentials Plus accredited, as well as being an approved supplier to the UK Government.
Using the advanced reporting tools in an LMS allows you to pinpoint which courses or content are interacted with most often by your users, allowing you to better target your marketing to new prospects.
And by choosing to make select courses publicly available, you can allow potential members to “try before they buy”, demonstrating the value of joining your organisation.
The advanced communication tools available in an LMS let you keep in touch with members as they engage with your professional development content, offering support or signposting additional activities as needed.
Dynamic rules allow you to identify members who have been inactive for a length of time, or are stuck on a particular activity, and contact them to ensure their subscription doesn’t lapse.
For membership organisations with a large amount of proprietary content, an LMS is the ideal way to offer paid access to a wider community of professionals, and promote your organisation at the same time.
Creating a range of pay-as-you-go courses from the resources already on th platform increases the ROI of your content, while also acting as a recruitment tool to attract new members.
