Award-winning eLearning company Titus has been chosen to create a Learning Management System for the Healthcare Infection Society.
The Healthcare Infection Society supports over 1,300 members who are experts in the prevention and control of HCAIs (Healthcare associated infections). Their members include medical professionals such as Doctors, Microbiologists, Nurses, Clinical Scientists among others.
They provide professional qualifications and CPD around the field of infections and focus on the prevention and control of HCAIs by sharing research, evidence and best practice. As they move their traditionally face to face training model online, they required an robust and feature-rich Learning Management System to allow them to deliver their programmes to a larger audience.
With a wealth of experience working with medical membership organisations such as the Royal College of Surgeons and WFSA (World Federation of Societies of Anesthesiologists), Titus was selected to develop their LMS, which will be based on Moodle and will include key integrations with their CRM, Oomi.
Head of Sales, Luke Tillotson said “The Healthcare Infection Society does exceptional work to improve infection control across countless medical settings. This has a very real positive impact and we’re proud that Titus is able to support the ambitious digitisation of their training and CPD offering.
We’re confident that the system we create will make their training more efficient and provide them with the flexibility they need as their membership continues to expand.”
