Our proactive support service is designed to identify and resolve issues before they arise, ensuring the smooth running of your Totara platform.
We use remote monitoring and regular check-ins to keep an eye on your platform’s performance and nip any problems in the bud. Of course, on the rare occasion that you do need assistance, our team is ready and waiting to take your call or message.
When you think about technical support—you think about calling a helpdesk when a problem occurs, right? And of course, that’s part of our service. We have a team of Totara experts ready to respond to your emails, calls or tickets—with tightly defined SLAs to guarantee response and resolution times.
But our support packages aren’t just here to solve any problems which might emerge—we pride ourselves on offering proactive advice to enhance your use of Totara, including:
Yes, on-premise installation of Totara is one of the possible configurations, and Titus can still provide full management of the environment in this case—if desired—excluding hardware.
We would however generally advise organisations to opt for a cloud or data centre based solution unless they have dedicated resources to ensure upkeep and maintenance of the physical infrastructure.
We can manage the hosting environment and Totara application remotely—even if you’re hosting on-premise, so you don’t need to worry about the day-to-day running of the platform, availability or uptime.
If you need on-the-spot assistance, our helpdesk is available via email, web ticketing system, or telephone—giving you access to a team of Totara experts who are on hand to solve any issue, however minor.
We don’t wait around for you to call the helpdesk. If our continual monitoring reveals any potential issues with your platform, whether that’s technical or user-related, we’ll get in touch immediately to suggest an early resolution.
Your employees will be able to access our library of guides, videos and resources on how to use, troubleshoot and optimise Totara, helping them to upskill via microlearning events.
We’ll book in regular strategy meetings to discuss how the platform is meeting your needs, and identify any improvements we could make to maximise the ongoing value you receive from your investment.
No need to worry about new version upgrades or the latest security patch release—we’ll handle everything in the background, ensuring your platform is fully protected and benefits from the latest features.
The Totara TXP (Talent Experience Platform) comprises three exceptional learning solutions to create an integrated learning experience for your workforce, optimise budgets and streamline processes across departments.
If you’re interested in signing up to one of our comprehensive support packages, the first step is to book in a call and let us know your specific requirements in detail. We’ll then be able to advise on the best plan for your needs.
As a Totara Alliance partner, we offer a suite of services to help you get started or want to improve your existing system.
