Earlier this year we were lucky enough to start work with Guiseley School. One of the reasons this was so great is because in a way, that’s the school where it all began. “A man who set up his own e-learning company went back to school to give his teachers a lesson.
Former Guiseley School student Seb Francis, 23, returned to the classroom to train teachers in the new online learning platform provided by his own business Titus Learning.
Seb, who left the school in 2010, set up his company at the age of 22 and now works not only with schools in the UK but also in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia.
The Guiseley-based business provides customised software to schools which is used as an ‘online learning platform’ and ‘online communication tool’. The platform can be used to store resources, such as educational videos, worksheets and revision guides, and to create activities. It can also act as a personal area for users to customise and store their own resources online.
