Titus at Learning Technologies 2025: Connecting, Sharing and Shaping the Future of Learning

May 1, 2025

Last week the Titus Team had the pleasure of exhibiting at Learning Technologies 2025 at ExCeL London, Europe’s largest gathering of learning and development professionals.

It was an incredible two days of conversation, inspiration, and connection, and we’re excited to share some reflections on what we saw, heard, and learned.

Thank you for visiting us!

First and foremost, a huge thank you to everyone who visited the Titus Learning stand across the two days. It was fantastic to meet so many passionate L&D professionals, exchange ideas, and hear about the exciting challenges and opportunities facing organisations today.

Whether you stopped by to explore our Moodle and Totara-based learning platforms, chat about the future of workplace learning, or simply say hello, we loved connecting with you.

What we took away from the event

Between the busy conversations on our stand and the fantastic seminars we attended, a few key themes really stood out.

AI in Learning: Enabling, Not Replacing

Artificial intelligence was everywhere, and the message was clear: AI is here to enable better learning, not replace human connection.

At Titus we couldn’t agree more, as the prevalence of Artificial Intelligence in the Learning and Development space grows the key opportunity will be in implementing smarter, more personalised learning journeys in a safe and ethical manner.

Simplifying Skills Frameworks

We heard again and again that complexity in skills frameworks is a real barrier to learner engagement.

That’s why our solutions focus on making skills development straightforward, with easy-to-understand frameworks and in-depth tracking, ensuring learners and organisations can clearly see progress and growth and demonstrating that all important return on investment for stakeholders.

Learning in the Flow of Work

There was a clear shift in mindset: learning can no longer be isolated from everyday tasks.
The Titus platforms we demonstrated at the show, built on Moodle Workplace and Totara, are designed to bring learning into the flow of work, supporting performance when and where it’s needed most.

Our Experience at Learning Technologies 2025

Being part of Learning Technologies 2025 was more than just showcasing our platform, it was about reconnecting with the L&D community.

From insightful seminar sessions to informal stand conversations, it was inspiring to hear how organisations are innovating and adapting in a changing world.

We left feeling even more energised about the work we do: empowering organisations with platforms that are smarter, simpler, and more connected, all while keeping learners at the heart of every decision.

Let's Keep the Conversation Going

Learning Technologies 2025 might be over, but the conversations it sparked are just beginning.

If you didn’t get a chance to visit us, or if you’d like to continue the discussions we started, we’d love to hear from you.
