Personalisation and customisation tools offered by Totara Learn enable users to shape their learning experiences to suit their individual needs. Each learner can follow a unique and personalised learning journey and interact with the system in their preferred ways. A learning management system which provides such tools allows learners to take a certain amount of ownership over their learning and development environment.

Assign Customised Portals

Administrators can create an unlimited number of custom learning and information portals through Totara Learn’s dashboard functionality. These can then be assigned to specific user groups so the included learning content, navigation and tools meet the specific needs and requirements of a particular group of learners. 

Dashboards within Totara Learn can include a personalised list of a user’s current learning items in addition to completion progress bars for individual courses, learning due dates and an expandable view of their progression through any multi-course programs and certifications they are working towards. 

Tasks and alerts blocks can be utilised to provide users with personalised task reminders and updates from the system. Learning plans and training requests can also be approved by managers directly from their dashboards. 

By adding, deleting or relocating specific blocks, administrators can choose whether a dashboard they create is further customisable. 

Apply Custom Themes For Familiarisation

The appearance of your Totara Learn site can be personalised by installing any number of customised site designs or themes. Create a fully customised site design that includes your company logo, brand colours, fonts and images to fully reflect your branding guidelines or simply configure via the administration interface to feature your logo and brand colours. 

Your chosen theme can be applied across the site or applied only for individual tenants, courses or individuals. 

A consistent and personalisable design experience can be created for your users when themes are applied across different areas of the site for different subjects or for users with specific display requirements.

Provide Flexible User Accounts and Profile Options

Totara Learn allows users to optionally control and customise the information stored against their user account and displayed across the learning management system. 

A default homepage and preferred language display can be set and users may also view and update their site policy consents and add optional profile information such as interests, social media handles and a profile picture. 

Learners can personalise how they interact with their assigned tasks and the Totara Learn system as a whole by customising account preferences such as text editing options, calendar displays and notification methods for system-generated messages.

Phuong holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and recently completed a master’s degree in Management and Marketing. Originally from Hanoi in Vietnam, Phuong is now based in the UK and climatising brilliantly to our weather and food.

Phuong owns a food review Instagram page as travelling and food are her passion. She also has a cute little french bulldog.

Ellie was the first woman to join Titus and has paved the way for many more since then. After studying for a degree in Fashion and Marketing, Ellie was lucky to find herself at fashion weeks and photoshoots.

Now she’s switched from talk of the front row to front end design and has brought loads of transferable knowledge to Titus. Ellie has also found a real passion for tech, especially in the learning sector, helping clients create positive change for their organisations.

Callum Barrett

Senior Brand Executive

As one of the youngest people at Titus but at the same time one of the oldest serving members of the team, Callum has graced Titus with his broad smile and positive attitude for over 5 years now. As a key member of the marketing team, Callum works across all areas, both on and offline, to ensure that all Titus brands and communication are on point.

After missing out on the opportunity to go to University the first time around, management encouraged him to enrol in our course alongside his work. He is now studying to achieve his Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing.

Dec Connolly

Acquisition Marketing Manager

Always bringing innovation and new ideas, Dec studied a degree in Journalism but found his passion in digital marketing. Dec has also worked in marketing for one of the countries biggest retailers and within the property sector.

Outside work, Dec Co-founded a news publication where he collaborated with global brands like Uber, Amazon, BooHoo and countless SMEs.
