Say goodbye to manual admin tasks by automating enrolments, certification assignments, messages, and more. With dynamic rules, you can define, save, and apply whenever you need, managing these tasks has never been easier.
Moodle Workplace‘s Dynamic Rules simplify training management by automating crucial tasks such as enrolments, certification tracking, and reminder notifications. With intuitive “if this, then that” logic, you can effortlessly assign training based on roles, departments, or specific milestones.
This ensures that employees get the right learning at just the right time. Plus, it frees up admin time for more strategic initiatives, all while keeping your workforce engaged and your processes running like clockwork. By setting up these rules, your team stays compliant and on track without needing constant manual oversight, giving you more time to focus on developing the skills that fuel business growth.
Each tenant can have its own branding, dashboard & user management, providing a customised experience for different groups, such as internal staff, partners, and customers.
You can create shared spaces for reports, rules, and other resources, reducing redundancy and streamlining management across tenants.
All tenants can be managed from a single platform, enabling easier oversight and control of multiple learning platforms within one system.
Create rules based on specific conditions, such as employee actions (e.g., completing a course or joining a department), to automate processes like enrolment or certification issuance.
Automatically assign employees to relevant courses or programs based on roles, departments, or other criteria, saving time and ensuring the right training is delivered to the right person.
Set up notifications to trigger for events like approaching deadlines, overdue certifications, or required course completions, keeping everyone informed without manual follow-up.
.
Automate the process of issuing certificates when training is completed, ensuring employees receive timely recognition and your compliance requirements are met.
Define, save, and re-use rule templates to standardise and streamline your processes, making it easy to manage multiple rules across different departments or teams.
