Easily track and manage training compliance with Moodle’s Certification. Automatically issue certificates when learners complete courses, keeping everything organised and up to date.
Moodle Workplace’s Certification feature is designed for organisations that need separate learning spaces within a single system. Whether you’re a corporate training provider, a multi-division business, or an educational institution, this feature allows you to manage multiple audiences without the complexity of managing several LMS instances.
Each tenant operates independently with its own courses, dashboards, and reporting, while administrators retain top-level control. This ensures data security, consistent user experiences, and reduced administrative workload- a winning combination for L&D leaders looking to scale training effortlessly.
Each tenant can have its own branding, dashboard & user management, providing a customised experience for different groups, such as internal staff, partners, and customers.
You can create shared spaces for reports, rules, and other resources, reducing redundancy and streamlining management across tenants.
All tenants can be managed from a single platform, enabling easier oversight and control of multiple learning platforms within one system.
Set expiration dates for certificates and receive automatic reminders for renewals, ensuring ongoing compliance.
Use custom templates to design certificates with logos, custom text, and date/time stamps to match your branding and compliance needs.
Assign certificates based on specific conditions such as course completion, activity completion, or passing a grade.
Issue multiple certificates for different courses or activities within the same system, managing all certificates from one platform.
You can track and verify certificates issued, ensuring full visibility into the status of each learner’s achievements.
Learners can download or print their certificates directly from their profiles, providing easy access to proof of completion.
Automatically send email notifications to learners upon successful completion of courses, including a copy of their certificate.
Define clear, specific criteria (e.g., passing a quiz, completing activities) to trigger the issuance of certificates, ensuring accurate certification.
Maintain a complete log of certificate issuance, including who received it and when, for compliance and auditing purposes.
