Table of Contents

The Role

We’re Titus – an award-winning Premium Moodle Partner providing innovative e-learning services to workplace learning, education providers and training companies around the world.

At the moment we’re looking for someone with a background in PMO and/or project management to join us in the role of Project Manager – starting as soon as possible.

As part of the Delivery Team, you’ll work closely with various stakeholders across the entire business to manage key client projects. You will coordinate the successful completion of these projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will own and oversee all aspects of the projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress and produce reports.

We’ll also be looking to you to develop and implement project management best practices that will support the wider Delivery Team to enable the successful delivery of all customer projects.

We need someone who can take on a hybrid role to set up and run with traditional PMO activity as well as managing our key client projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from startups to household names such as Network Rail, Superdry, Wasabi, the City of London Police, the Royal College of Surgeons and the National Physical Laboratory.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proven track record in planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience of working in or with a PMO office.
  • Experience of managing the complete lifecycle of a project.
  • Experience of project management using AGILE or PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large sized projects.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
  • Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment.
  • Highly proficient IT skills.

Also great (but not a deal breaker):

  • Understanding of IT and Cloud based infrastructure.
  • Moodle experience.
  • Background in educational technology / LMS.

What you’ll get in return:

  • A friendly and dynamic working environment in a rapidly expanding technology company, working with a global client base.
  • Dedicated company time and funding for self-improvement, learning, and innovation.
  • Located in fabulous office space in Saltaire, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
  • Flexibility around working hours and location.
  • Regular socials and staff activities.
  • Salary £25,000 – £30,000 plus benefits package.
