Our Moodle support service is more than just a telephone number you can call if you’re having problems. We see support as a proactive service, and we take responsibility for the success of your platform.
We’ll monitor your VLE, looking at performance, speed, availability and user activity, and if we spot a problem, we’ll do our best to nip it in the bud. We’ll also get in touch to let you know if there are things you should be doing to keep activity and engagement high.
Obviously sometimes there will be Moodle support issues you need to alert us to, and to make that as easy as possible you can contact us via a range of channels including telephone, email, video conferencing or web chat.
