We’re incredibly excited to welcome Mandeep to our team as a Business Development Manager. Mandeep’s focus at Titus will be on building effective relationships to help identify opportunities in which we can assist organisations with their L&D requirements. As well as to position Titus as one of the leading learning solutions specialists.
Below we sat down with Mandeep to learn a little more about what attracted him to this role, what he’s looking forward to most, and his interests outside of the office.
What are your past work experiences?
Having fallen into the L&D space four years ago, I have had the opportunity to work on multiple digital transformation projects and was able to confidently match learning solutions to clients objectives, to maximise budgets and set organisational requirements.
I have also led on many specific L&D Roundtable events which meant I was able to connect with a community of learning professionals every month to understand key industry challenges and apply these to client solutions.
What attracted you to the role at Titus?
The people – I have got to know Luke, Seb and a few others at events over the last couple of years and their passion for seeing Titus grow and succeed was infectious, and I knew I needed to be a part of it. When I saw they were hiring for a position in which I could make a difference, it was a no brainer!
What are you looking forward to about the new role?
I’m super excited to get going and hit the ground running. I love building relationships with individuals and being able to help them deliver learning solutions which not only meet but exceed their requirements.
Working in partnership with clients from project inception to project delivery, I will ensure successful implementation whilst ensuring the solutions has had the desired outcome.

What are your interests outside of the office?
I am an eager sports watcher and player. Football is my passion, but having played rugby and cricket previously, I am always up for trying out new sports.
My passion for sport led to me taking up a new hobby – running. At the turn of the year, I set myself a goal of running 5km a day in January. Since then, I haven’t looked back and am now running half marathons for fun.
If you could pick up a new skill in an instant, what would it be?
I would love to be able to fly a plane – jump in, buckle up and fly anywhere in the world!
Do you have any favourite quotes?
I have a couple which I live by, they are –
“No one is bigger than the team, and individual brilliance does not automatically lead to outstanding results. One selfish mindset will infect a collective culture.”
“Create the highest possible operating standards, develop the character of your players, develop the culture of your team and, the score takes care of itself.”
