The Details

What system do we use?

Our websites are built on the worlds most widely used and flexible content management system (CMS), WordPress. Like Moodle, it’s an open-sourced solution with a global development community. This gives us the flexibility to extend its functionality where needed and benefit from the frequently released updates which means it adapts and evolves with the times. Although there’s a slight learning curve when it comes to managing your content, we build in a way which puts ease of updating at the forefront and provide comprehensive training before you launch.

We collaborate with you to identify your preferred design route. Our theme kits can be adapted to your brand and content which means your website will feel truly unique. In terms of essential information we need from you, we’ll agree a sitemap in the initial phases as well as map out the words and pictures we’ll need from you. If you don’t have a bank of imagery, we can source copyright free images which align with your brand. Additionally, we’ll need your choice of colours, logo and preferred fonts. If you’ve not established this yet, we’re happy to provide recommendations around a route that we feel will work well for your organisation.

We can integrate your website with your LMS if needed, this will create a synchronisation between users and courses, allowing users to register or login through your website and gain access to your LMS. We utilise a 3rd party plugin to achieve this and can provide a full specification on how it works if integration is required.

Yes, by utilising our Moodle & WordPress integration of choice, we can create a shopfront for your courses. This allow you to connect the courses within your LMS with WooCommerce, a popular eCommerce system available exclusively within WordPress. WooCommerce is a feature rich and comprehensive solution which offers multiple payment gateways, its own reporting suite and a vast library of extensions which we can introduce as your system evolves.

Because we use WordPress as the technology to build your website, we can integrate with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar and countless others. This provides a detailed view of how people discover you as well as the device used and geography of your audience.
