Last month we welcomed Nathan to our Support team as a 1st line Service Desk Analyst. Since the launch of the Network Rail and BPS platforms, along with numerous other projects, the number of users we support has skyrocketed. The importance of technical support is at an all-time high, and we’re ecstatic to have Nathan here to help us continue to provide our expected high levels of service.
Nathan is responsible for responding to any technical queries that our clients have and supporting them to find a solution.
