In the latest instalment of our Meet The Team series, we introduce Jess.
Jess started at Titus in late 2020 as a Customer Success Manager. She is responsible for managing the relationship of Titus’ key growth clients, as well as supporting other clients through their initial consultation, delivery, testing, and sign-off as well as providing ongoing support.
Another part of her remit is ensuring that customer service level agreements are met at all times whilst delivering the best possible experience to the customer. Ultimately, Jess’ responsibility is to drive and manage client satisfaction and retention, whilst ensuring the on-going success of their Moodle platform and the positive impact on their training.
Below we sat down with Jess to learn more about her past work experiences, what she enjoys most about working at Titus, and her interests outside of the office.
I have worked within the e-learning/digital learning industry for over 4 years now, and I’m passionate about the power of technology and how this has had a positive impact on workplace learning. I have managed relationships with reputable brand names such as Adidas and delivered fascinating digital transformation projects, which have helped to define learning and deliver impactful solutions that evolve organisations. My most memorable project was on the topic of ‘Growth Mind-set’, influencing and empowering employees to take a ‘growth mindset’ approach to their learning and development in workplace scenarios, rather than having a fixed mindset.
The Company Culture and Titus values such as Flexibility, Quality, Growth and Responsibility are values I personally believe in and deem important both in my personal life and professional career. I really enjoy working within a company environment with like-minded colleagues, all working collaboratively to achieve the same mission.
Taking full ownership and making it my own! As this role was new to Titus and started with me, I am extremely excited to make it my own (which Titus has given me the autonomy to do) and using my previous expertise to shape processes, which ultimately drive customer satisfaction and retention.

I am a freelance make-up artist, for both occasion wear and bridal. I am extremely passionate about make-up, the creativity it brings, empowering women through the power of make-up and learning/keeping up to date with the latest trends.
I have a new-found extreme love for dogs, since getting my puppy Parker and find dog training fascinating.
I also enjoy keeping active and ensuring I look after my own mental health and well-being, whether that’s doing HITT workouts or taking long walks in the countryside on a weekend.
It would have to be a combination of interior design and DIY! Due to my creative nature, I really enjoy decorating/renovating my house; colour schemes, soft furnishings and so on… but to achieve my visions, I am heavily reliant on my Dad’s many talents in all things ‘handy’. It would be great if I could learn to do some things myself, to ease this burden!
