The Role:

Right now we’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic LMS Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for leading the successful deployment and configuration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) for our customers. This role involves project management, client engagement, system configuration, and an element of post-implementation support. You will ensure that the LMS aligns with client goals, enhances training efficiency, and delivers a seamless user experience.

You ideally have experience providing implementation services with LMS solutions for a minimum of 3 years, particularly Moodle and/or Totara platforms. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service by delivering projects to the highest quality standards, within budget, and on time.

Skills Required

  1. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in LMS administration and configuration (ideally Moodle / Totara).
    • Familiarity with APIs, SCORM, xAPI, or other eLearning standards.
    • Knowledge of data management and reporting tools.
    • Learning Design, course building or content creation experience a bonus
  2. Soft Skills:
    • Strong organisational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to communicate with, engage and manage stakeholders at all levels
    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  3. Project Management:
    • Plan and execute LMS implementation projects from initiation to completion.
    • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met.
    • Manage resources, budgets, and project risks effectively.
    • Capability to run multiple projects concurrently 
  4. Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
    • Understand client requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows.
    • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  5. System Configuration:
    • Customise the LMS to meet client-specific needs, including user roles, permissions, course structures, and reporting.
    • Integrate the LMS with third-party tools or existing systems such as HRIS, CRM, or SSO.
  6. Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough testing of the LMS to identify and resolve configuration or functional issues.
    • Ensure compliance with data security and accessibility standards.
  7. Post-Implementation Support:
    • Provide ongoing support during the post-implementation phase to address any issues or enhancements.
    • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize usage.
  8. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with LMS features, trends, and industry best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance implementation processes and tools.

Ellie was the first woman to join Titus and has paved the way for many more since then. After studying for a degree in Fashion and Marketing, Ellie was lucky to find herself at fashion weeks and photoshoots.

Now she’s switched from talk of the front row to front end design and has brought loads of transferable knowledge to Titus. Ellie has also found a real passion for tech, especially in the learning sector, helping clients create positive change for their organisations.

Callum Barrett

Senior Brand Executive

As one of the youngest people at Titus but at the same time one of the oldest serving members of the team, Callum has graced Titus with his broad smile and positive attitude for over 5 years now. As a key member of the marketing team, Callum works across all areas, both on and offline, to ensure that all Titus brands and communication are on point.

After missing out on the opportunity to go to University the first time around, management encouraged him to enrol in our course alongside his work. He is now studying to achieve his Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing.

Dec Connolly

Acquisition Marketing Manager

Always bringing innovation and new ideas, Dec studied a degree in Journalism but found his passion in digital marketing. Dec has also worked in marketing for one of the countries biggest retailers and within the property sector.

Outside work, Dec Co-founded a news publication where he collaborated with global brands like Uber, Amazon, BooHoo and countless SMEs.
