From an e-learning point of view this means the ability for course creators and subject leaders to produce professional quality resources and activities quickly and easily, including interactive videos, immersive presentations, educational games, engaging puzzles and quizzes and much more. Additional content can easily be imported or exported.
The content works across web browsers and devices, with responsive layouts which adapt to fit differing screen sizes. A native plugin means it also integrates well with Moodle, allowing grades for H5P activities to be written directly to the Moodle gradebook.
We’ve been experimenting with the technology for a while now, and we’re in the process of integrating it with all our existing Moodle sites. We’ll also be rolling out a training programme for teachers to help them make the best of what H5P has to offer, and start publishing their own outstanding content.
